Michelle's passion lies within inspiring women to be of God's standard - pursuing Christ, serving their families well & using their God-given gifts to bless others. After a 4-year struggle with an eating disorder, God restored Michelle to physical & spiritual health, which lit a fire in her to do the same for others. Michelle currently runs an online community for women seeking guidance in faith & fitness called Myers Cross Training. In 2013, she launched Cross Training Couture, a fun faith-based fashion line. In 2014, she expanded her ministry to include She Works His Way, a platform that allows her to pour God's truth into the lives of women in ministry & business who want to build His kingdom while giving their best to their home.
Michelle is madly in love with her husband, James, and their greatest joys are wrapped up in their two sons, Noah (5) and Cole (2), and daughter Shea (born August 2016).

Emily is charged with carrying out the vision and heart behind CTC. Emily feels called to encourage women to walk out their faith boldly, yet gently and steward their bodies well, with much grace. Like Michelle, Emily struggled with under-eating and over-exercising for years before God broke the chains of obsession and led her to a healthier relationship with food and fitness. That experience ignited a fire that turned into beginning Momsanity, a community of women seeking to put Jesus in the center of their motherhood, fitness and nutrition journeys. In 2018, Emily linked arms with Michelle to carry out the mission of Cross Training Couture. She and her husband Dr. Wiggy are also co-founders of Raise Them Well, a brand of innovative toxic-free products for families.
Emily and Wiggy love celebrating marriage and are blessed to be the parents of two sons Adler (5) and Hutch (2).

Stepping away from her career in marketing, Skylar chose to devote herself to one of the most challenging yet rewarding positions she had ever pursued, a stay at home mom. After spending her first year solely committed to the needs of her son, Skylar felt compelled to devote her spare time to a God driven company. As a Pilates and group fitness instructor, Skylar wanted to help others grow stronger spiritually and physically. Excited at the opportunity to combine her past marketing experience with her desire to help others through faith based fitness, Skylar began working with Emily and joined CTC right after the announcement of her second child. She and her husband Grant are excited to build their family and discover what the Lord has planned for them!
Nutrition and exercise have been areas of interest since middle school for Gena, where being an athlete drives the need for proper overall health. Likewise, learning to 'lean in' and trust God became the center of her life at a very early age due to a near fatal car accident. Through her journey of Motherhood (and working with the changes that come along with it), she found Momsanity (Emily) shortly after its inception. Being able to blend all these important facets, model and share with her daughters (Eva 12 and Avery 8); Gena is called to be transparent, live out His truth and wear it proudly! She is excited to be able to come along side the CTC team to share the same mission.
Taryn first met Emily in 2014 while in music class with their sons. Through her relationship with Emily and Momsanity she has been able to address body image issues that have been with her for years and learned a healthy approach to nutrition and fitness that is made possible through a relationship with Christ. God led Taryn to join Emily with Raise Them Well in 2017 and continue to grow with Cross Training Couture. Taryn has been married to Mike since 2009 and they have two silly, wonderful and loving guys together, Heath (4) and Liam (1).
